Strange questions from the chat widget

I get a lot questions on the chat widget. I like that. Many people have questions about neighbourhoods or houses or schools. With those I can help. But I also get a lot of questions that I cannot help with. Here are two questions from last week:

Is there anywhere in kitchener waterloo where theres a lot of crime graffiti etc etc. I want to do a project about the crime areas in kitchener waterloo if you could find me some locations that’d be awesome.

I am thinking about moving to Vietnam to work in real estate.  Do I need a license to do this in Vietnam?  If so, how do I go about obtaining it?
