How’s the summer market?
It has been an exciting and interesting year in the Kitchener-Waterloo real estate market and this summer has been no different. If I had to sum up what has happened in the past ten weeks, I would say that the spring market arrived in the summer and is still here. There has been no summer slow down this year. I suppose you can say we had the slow down in April/May.
Sales and prices are both up.
So, in this video I show you what is happening with average and median prices, list price to sales price ratios, day on market… bully offers, three neighbourhood studies and a case study with a client who is shopping in the middle of the market and what she is facing.
