Ten weeks of hyperactivity
In this episode of ‘How’s the market?’ we look back at the last ten weeks of hyperactivity, an increasing List Price to Sales Price ratio and spend a bit of time looking at average winning Bully Offers.
The cutover
There was a bit of confusion caused by the August cutover (to a new real estate platform), which is evident in both a statistical representation as well as buyer activity. (The cutover did not go as smoothly as maybe it could have.)
Autumn Market
Now that we are into September, the Autumn market is revving up, bully offers are currently winning homes at an average of 11% over list price.
