How’s the market?
More listings and more sales. The market has corrected and we are on our way up again.
In this video, we look at May compared to April. The number of new listings went up a lot in May, but so did the number of sales, so much that we actually have less inventory now than we did then.
What does that mean for prices?
What does that mean for LP/SP ratios?
They are both creeping up.
Good news is that it also looks like we are finally getting some higher priced listings (bigger family homes). It is normal for these to list late in the spring, so maybe they are just a little overly delayed this year.
Looking ahead, many local Realtors were predicting a busy Autumn, but now it seems we could experience a busy Summer instead.
