The number of listings on the KW board is 60% lower than they were last year November
Year-to-date statistics tell us that we are certainly breaking records this year, great if you are selling, not so great if you are trying to buy.
The number of transactions is up by almost 19% year-to-date over the same period last year and a new high for as long as we have been keeping statistics. And this is in the face of inventory levels remaining very very low, not only in KW but all around the Golden Horseshoe. The number of listings on the KW board is 60% lower than they were last year November.
What does that mean for prices? They are up, of course, and by more than 15%.
