The median price of all residential properties sold in June increased 14.4% to $564,000.
The median price of a detached home during the same period increased 11.9% to $650,000.
419 homes sold in Kitchener-Waterloo in May 2020, a decrease of 40.5% compared to May 2019.
Before Coronavirus shut down Waterloo Region, we had high demand and low inventory of homes for sale.
During the first quarter of 2020, 1,327 homes were sold.
This is 14.6% more than Q1 2019.
